Relaxation is an important part of worthwhile yoga practice.

Relaxation before you start will help you get into the proper mind-set. Take a few minutes to relax between each group of postures to greatly help re-center yourself and feel the advantages of the postures you’ve finished.

In my opinion relaxation at the end of practice is vital. It enables you to reap the benefits of the session, and also to ready your brain and body for alternative activities.

Relaxation is among the most enjoyable and helpful parts of my yoga practice. It can help calm my mind and relieve the strain of daily living.
