Keep That New Years Resolution!

How Subliminal Software Tools Now Promises Effortless Change And why Self-help books may not be the answer…

Sporting legend Tiger Woods… Director/producer Steven Spielberg… Three time Olympian/peak performance expert, Ruben Gonzalez… Microsoft Corp… and top motivational speaker and self-development guru Anthony Robbins…

What do they have in common? Many things probably…

But apart from celebrity status, one lesser known factor is, all have used the power of subliminal messaging to subtly install new thoughts and positive change in key areas of their performance…Change thought. Change result!

Mind training is today as much a part of success as it has ever been…However with the emergence of new technologies… Things have just got a whole lot easier!

Subliminal messaging software claims to allow anyone with access to a windows compatible PC to be literally “Reprogrammed for Success” both personal and professional, simply by logging on and continuing a normal daily routine.

But what exactly are subliminal messages? And how can they affect us so profoundly?

Subliminal is defined as “below the threshold of consciousness”. Subliminal messaging refers to the act of sending messages directly to the powerful subconscious mind, the involuntary part of your brain which controls everything from memory to body temperature to providing your conscious mind with its core traits.

When your conscious and subconscious are at odds you have conflict. When they are aligned however… you can achieve spectacular successes. This inner self talk is truly important… Primarily barriers arise through our recurrent inner criticisms. You say… “I really want to give up smoking / lose weight etc” but inwardly doubt your ability to stay the course.

This duality of thought, while often useful, is also the cause of much anguish and disappointment… after all…Its what happens consistently in that space between your ears that determines the course of your life”…

The good news is… bypass this inner blockade, effortlessly install new patterns and you can achieve your goal…any goal…even if you have repeatedly failed in the past.

The most famous experiment in subliminal messaging history was conducted by pioneer Dr James Vicary, who flashed the words “I want popcorn” and “Drink more coke” in front of a movie audience for just 100-milliseconds. Nobody officially “saw” the messages – they were below the threshold of consciousness – yet popcorn sales shot up 57.8% and coke sales increased 18.1%.

Governments were quick to outlaw this powerful suggestive technique in advertising, (although variations are probably still in use today!) however its potential as a revolutionary self-help tool was quickly realized. The power to send positive self-improvement commands directly to the subconscious mind was suddenly available to the masses and the self-help audio cassette tape was born.
